how do i do enable launch control for 2024 RS3

I tried following a youtube video about trying the Launch Control but i'm not getting the same results. I don't plan on doing this normally at all, i just want to see it work once. here were the steps i've tried:
1) come to full stop
2) put in drive mode in dynamic and/or, RS Performace (i've tried both
3) put shifter in Sport (in the case of dynamic)
4) turn off stability control
5) depress brake all the way in
6) rev engine (video showed a pop up that mentioned Launch Control was active)
7) release brake
8) GO

i haven't done step 8 as i've never gotten the pop up about Launch Control being active. Should I? is this a difference between the '22 and the '24? or is there are the steps incorrect? or is there no Launch in the '24?

You can skip step 3. That automatically happens in step 2. Enjoy the music!

thank you, i figured it out, i wasn't "rev'ing" long or high enough. i finally just floored the gas (while brake was heavily depressed) and after a second or two at 4k I got the "pop up" indicating that the launch control was active. i really need to remove the rev limiter the "music" doesn't start to sound good till 4K and above.
