2015 Audi S3 Prestige

Im aware many people find it corny and useless, but im still in highschool so i find it awesome. 2015 audi S3 with 125k miles, CATLESS downpipe and stage 2 91 crackle file with integrated engineering. Is this safe for my engine and turbo? So many people have different opinions on it, so im not sure what I believe and what not to don’t believe.
