Video in Motion Bypass?

Has anyone found a bypass to allow watching videos while the car is in motion? I don't even know the legal ramifications of doing this but saw some international forums discussing it. Would be nice to let the kid watch movies on the MMI while driving. I drive a 2016 S3 specifically if you know what works with that. Thanks.
