S3 buy help

Hi, someone done a hit and run on my beloved Audi A5 and insurance is paying out, now I’m considering a Audi S3 8V I found this gorgeous one with a individual purple ish colour has everything I need but I need some questions answering:

Is the s3 8V chain or belt?
How often does the dsg and haldex need to be serviced?
Are there anything I should be looking out for that I can use in negotiations for this car…

BTW I’m from UK.

its a chain.
no belt whips on this whip.
dsg and haldex, i recommend at around 50k miles.youll need to translate that.
caveat, how hard you drive it, the climate, and how bad the previous owner thrashed it. will be the extended mileage if you want to push out that number more. i think the mfg suggested time is longer than what im stating.

you'll want to do all the fluids when you get it. don't trust anything they say. just do all the fluids. flush them out and you should be safe.
also do any other full-on maintenance as well. like sparkies, filters, etc.

it should be fun.
