O2 sensor issues?

I have a 2017 s3 giac tune stage 2, intake, downpipe, exhaust. having O2 sensors coming on. replaced 2x with spacer and still no change. now looking into intake leak? smoke test, etc. any one have any easy fix for this? giac was supposed to not throw code, but has been. even went into limp mode once, but engine light was on for O2 sensor. 53,000 miles, no other issues at all with car. thanks for any suggestions much appreciated
