i brought a S3 and i had the service book but now i can't find it.I have all the receipts but how do i go about getting all the stamps and book ???????

If its dealer serviced then they have full records in the VAG system, maybe ask for a print out and a new book, restart with the new book and keep the print out, just a suggestion.
