just wanted to share that i replaced the coolant temp sensor. took only 15 mins or less. mostly taking off the bottom shield was taking more time than performing the service.
the bottom shield really wasn't even necessary. it all could be done from the top.i ended up not even going from the bottom.
not much coolant even dripped out. i just need to top it off a little.
i originally had a cel come on and scanned it. it said the sensor was bad and I bought an oem one. it wasn't expensive and a gallon of G13 coolant. still have a lot of coolant left. tomorrow ill reset the cel and see if it fixed the issue.
