Help! Coolant leak! S3 8l (Amk) Can't find replacement hose!

Hi can anyone please help. I found a coolant leak on my 2001 S3 8l (Amk). It is coming from a split on this coolant hose. This is not a picture of mine but another owners who had the same problem on another forum. No 1 give an answer on that thread. The thinner hose the arrows are pointing too goes down and left into the head. As you can see the other end goes into that flange. The wider hose directly above it is moulded the to thinner one (you can just about see in the picture) so I'm assuming they come together, however I have tried many forums and dealers and no 1 has an answer, also it does not appear to be on the dealers coolant diagram. Please help. Thanks
