That's the latest RS3 in the video thats been available in Europe for the last year, we are only now getting it here this year.

Front-end is clearly the 8V which has been around in Europe since 2015, but most countries haven't gotten it until more recently.

The new 2017/18 RS3 is available now in the US and UK and everywhere else pretty much.

That car in the video is as has been said the 2015 version which was stopped production in 2016.

The car in the video has a 367Hp engine. The new version has 394hp. So that video is showing an old model.
