Audi PreSense false activation.

I have had two false PreSense full blown, alert, breaks slammed on, windows closed, seat heat rest move forward, and seat belt tensioning for non existent issues.

Has anyone else had this happen? I had thr front bumper replaced and wondering if the work wasn't done correctly.
